Content Streaming Self Service System Using Kaltura Media Space (KMS)

Sandoz approved users:

Sandoz user (with Sandoz unique 5-2-1 ID / email address):
  1. Watch the Training video on this page: Kaltura Knowledge space.
  2. Fill in the request form in Sandoz ServiceNow. The access request has to be approved by the Business Application Manager. In case of access for agencies/ external organization the approval must be completed by a Sandoz employee
  3. Select the application “Sandoz Multimedia Content Management (Kaltura)”
  4. Select Request type “User Access Management”
  5. Summarize the request in a Short Description
  6. Provide the first name, last name and eMail of the user in the Description-field. In case of external access, add the company name.
  7. Include a justification for the access request
  8. Click on Request
